The trade fair organizers have developed comprehensive safety guidelines for the individual trade fairs and coordinated them with the responsible authorities in the countries and regions concerned, in order to protect the health of trade fair participants by preventing exposure to COVID-19.

We take the safety and well-being of our employees, customers and partners very seriously, and always follow the local guidelines. Most of the exhibition centers offer ideal conditions for implementing these concepts, so that events can be organized in a safe way.

We are constantly updated on the conditions in the individual trade fair centers, always informing our customers about the local guidelines at any given time from the trade fair organizers as well as current country-specific rules on health precautions. We always refer to the section on the organizer's website, about hygiene and distancing concepts for the safety of trade fair participants in connection with COVID-19.
